for open category in jee main there is no requirement of any qualifying marks in each and particular subject that rule only applicables in advanced and not in jee main but in jee main you should score the marks according to your category on the basis of over all paper

Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board.
For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
For admissions to B.Arch. programmes:
Candidates need to have PCM mandatorily in their 10+2 or equivalent exam.
They need to have secured minimum 50% marks in these subjects in aggregate and 50% individually too.

There is no criterion for Individual marks in JEE Main, what You need is that You total marks in all the three subjects should be greater than the cutoff set by JEE MAIN, cutoffs for all categories vary every year and depends a lot upon the level of question asked in the exam. From the Previous years trends anything in the range of 90-100 should be sufficient to qualify JEE Main, but remember that this year there are two attempts for JEE Main So expect some rise in Cutoff from Previous years, and it can be told after both papers get over.
A sper previous year trends, Minimum 74 marks is must for Open category for qualifying.
