Cut off marks varies everey year there are some reason like number of applicant appearing the exam
But approximate the opening rank 8k and closing rank 16k for NIT silchar in cse brunch for general category .

I woudl like to tell you that it is really difficult to predict colleges according to marks as the cutoff are quite tentative.
But I can give an idea about the rank in JEE MAINS i.e a rank of below 8000.
I would say if you can try and bring a arnk below 7200 or 7400 then it would be great.
