Most probably you need to score around 170-200 in jee mains according to the year 2017.But it differs due to difficulty level of jee mains paper and no. Of students appearing for this exam.

According to special(last) round of JOSAA counselling 2017 for NIT Patna CSE branch cutoff - 16231..
So according to marks vs rank of jee mains, you need score under atleast 150 to get this...
