Your HSC board scores are no way related to your neet scores. What you do in the NEET-UG entrance will decide your fate.

As per your marks you won't be able to get any govt medical College seat as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks and for obc, sc/st candidate is 40%which is around 288 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.
