Hello Amisha,
NEET MBBS result is to be announced by June 5, along with the cutoff scores. Only candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying percentile can download their NEET UG result 2019 . The cutoff percentile OBC is 40th.
NEET 2019 exam has been conducted on May 5, across India, while for aspirants from Odisha, Karnataka and Siliguri, the offline exam was re-conducted on May 20, 2019. As per the experts, since, NEET MBBS/BDS exam was easier than the previous year, the cutoff scores range is expected to increase for the academic session 2019-20.
For admission to government medical college under OBC category, you must try to obtain at more than 400 marks in NEET MBBS result. Talking about the last year BDS admission under 85% state quota seats in Karnataka government dental colleges, the last rank in ESIC dental college Gulbarga was 177458 with the 303 marks.

How much minimmum marks is required for BDS for obc
what score is expected from a student belonging to General Category to secure a B.D.S. seat in the colleges GMC and Nair Hospitals, Mumbai?
It also depends on college you targeting like govt or private... Through STATE QUOTA 85% Or ALL INDIA QUOTA 15 %.....
BUT going by previous years trend for government college in obc category 450-550 will be a safer score.. If you target private it will around 400-500
Hopefully it helps

Talking about BDS admissions via OBC category as per the Medical Council of India, you must be getting a percentile of above 50 the Neet examination to qualify in that regard, having passed your boards with 50% aggregate in physics chemistry and Biology
However these statistics and numerical may vary depending on whether you are wanting to get admitted to a college in your state where the 85% state reservation or you want a college across India using the 15% all India quota, also it would depend if you want a government college or private college
Yes to get into any college across India weather private or government using either state of all India quota the 50th percentile should suffice for you
But if you want one of the better colleges at the government sector in your state then I think you need to lift your scoring above 380
You want to avail one of the best BDS colleges in India at the government sector using your all India rank usually you should be trying to score near 400
You might just clash with some of the not so well reputed medical colleges with this rank as well
Finally the choice would remain up to you but I really I think every student appearing for Neet should not him for a just 360 out of 720 but try to score at least 400 which is the basic par for getting into any medical stream
Hope this helps thank you
Hi Amisha
Talking Directly in terms of marks, 360+ will be a safer score for BDS through NEET.
Cut off score of previous year NEET was as follows

SC | 595-118 | 40th Percentile | 47,183 |
ST | 599-118 | 40th Percentile | 15,710 |
UR – PH | 474-131 | 45th Percentile | 437 |
OBC – PH | 510-118 | 40th Percentile | 597 |
SC – PH | 415-118 | 40th Percentile | 143 |
ST – PH | 339-118 | 40th Percentile | 36 |
Hope This Helps
All the Best
What I necessarily feel as if you need to get a BDS seat definitely you need to am at scoring above 320 in the Neet examination, though the MBBS qualification criteria on would technically be the 50th percentile which is often around 360.
So for dental you can expect the cutoff to be somewhere around 330 to 340 comma however for OBC category you can still give bonus of 5 marks, thereby cutting it down to around 325 to 330.
However the cutoffs may vary based on the performances of other students were also appearing for the examination so I would always recommend you, to try and scored above 350 preferably above 360 so that you can get into a decent BDS seat across any college availing the all India all state quota of the 15 and 85% she's respectively of all colleges throughout India all the colleges of the state from which you are appearing.
thank you
I think 300 should be to get BDS seat
