Dear Bhavya, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, 2019 individual college cut offs haven't been released yet. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 589
OBC: 575
SC: 454
ST: 303

Now this is 2018 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for NEET exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now since 2018, the general cut offs increased by 15 marks but in certain colleges the cut offs increased by 60-100 marks. Based on your Category and 2018 cut offs, you should aim for atleast 100-150 more than the current cut offs.
