How many marks are required to get free seat in KGMC to study BAMS for OC student with EWS?

Cut offs change every year and so it is difficult to say the exact marks. But if you belong to EWS Category, you will need atleast 550 and more. This is because KGMC is a very popular college. You should score atleast 575 and above so that your All India Rank will be less than 5000. There is no free seat method in KGMC. It is a Government Medical College and so the fees will be nominal only.
