As you have not mentioned your category , I am considering it to be general. For admission in government BAMS college if you are from general category, you need a score of 550+ atleast.
Here I am sharing with you last year cutoff for best BAMS colleges of India
-
Banaras Hindu University - AIR 13000
-
NIA,Jaipur ----------- AIR 13500
-
State Ayurvedic College, Lucknow -------AIR 17000
And for any mediocre BAMS college, you need 550+ marks I. E. AIR 50 k maximum.

Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. See it is not possible for us to tell you the exact marks as neet has not yet declared it yet. Anyways according to previous year's cutoff anywhere around 400-450 marks should be good enough for you to get a government seat for BAMS.
BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is basically an undergraduate degree programme designed to make students familiar with the concepts of Ayurveda and use them for the treatment of patients. BAMS incorporates Ayurveda with the ideas of modern medicines, and students are taught a combination of both as part of the course curriculum.
