Dear Aspirant,

No you cannot get a decent score by using only NCERT textbooks. What they contains is introduction to the topic and an idea of what concepts you need to study. However there are very little information given in NCERT. As for previous year question, you might not be able to get the solution of all the previous year questions.

You need one good helpbook or the best thing you can get is coaching material of some good coaching institute as these institutes have all the concepts and the types of questions which are asked in the exam.
