In 2020 round 3 of counselling a candidate with rank 14187 secured admission in Mechanical Engineering in Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal. Considering the previous year cut off you need to secure a rank below 14000. It is quite difficult to predict the exact score with which you may secure such rank because the marks vs rank trend changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score, tie breakers etc. So to be on the safe side you should be able to to minimum 120-140 marks in MET. This is the predicted score, the actual rank may vary.
