hi akshay, it varies every year, but i would suggest that aim for 560 plus to be on a safer side, its high , i know but absolutely doable , so aim for it.NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims, and jipmer. The exam pattern is as follows:-
physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck
- As per previous year merits for OBC candidates a score of 540 or above can be strong but depending on ease or difficulty of question paper it's might be up or down this year.
- Good wag to tackle this is to give more and more mock exams and try to score more than 550 in those exams , that will prepare you for this too .
Nothing is declared for 2018 cut off and the state cut off of Maharashtra varies region wise also so it would be good if you could tell which region you are from. Also, in case you belong to Marathvada region then the closing rank in previous year (70%) was 32492 in round 1 so according to that tentativey 470+ marks would be required.
Good Luck!!!
Hello Akshay, As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%...
Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..It will vary for each groupThe Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed UniversityAlso difffer college to college even in government /private/deeemedThe marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
BUT GOING BY PREVIOUS YEAR TREND FOR OBC CATEGORY 550 WILL BE THE SAFEST SCORE..

Hi Akshay Patil
Talking Directly in terms of marks, as per the predicted cut off score, a score of 520+ will be very safe in NEET 2018 to take admission under 85%state quota OBC category.
Moreover, try to work more harder than you are doing and achieve the best score.
