Hi
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Karnataka. I am guessing you are asking about government medical college for mbbs and assuming your category as general.
Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 443 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under karnataka state quota and it was for ESI Medical College, Bangalore
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should try to get at least around 50 marks more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 500 marks.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
