Hey Aspirant !
As we all know that AIIMS Examination conducting authority doesn't disclose the marks of an individual examinee while declaration of the results rather all it provides is Subject wise and Overall Percentile along the AIR.
In such circumstances, it's really tough to predict the safe range of scores.
But, often at times the toppers and the examinees of the AIIMS UG exam discuss their strategy of attempting the paper, total attempts, possible chances of incorrect answers which help us to get a rough idea of the score.
Accordingly, for the General Category students, it's advised to score a minimum of 153+/200 in order to have a seat in AIIMS Delhi. The highest ever score in AIIMS UG was a total of 161 back in 2012.
This is a rough guess, the cutoff trends tend to vary every year and hence it's the best to score the maximum out of your capability.
