Hey, I think that MTG fingertips would not be sufficient to study for NEET. NEET has a very vast syllabus and it requires greater preparation.

I would suggest you to study the NCERT thoroughly including all the supplementary material and then give NEET.

It is very difficult to predict you marks on the basis of this. Because it depends on various factors.
