As you want to go for National Institute Of Technology(NIT) which is one of the most demanding Institute in India and it has always been a popular choice for the students and hence for securing admission in any of the NIT you should surely have a quite higher marks so that you can get seat easily. Now as you are looking for Robotics Engineering which is also a Sub-Branch of CSE itself and as you know that for CSE branch the competition is already higher hence, you can get an idea that for Robotics also you have to aim for bigger target.
