Hello,
You need to score the minimum cut off that is specified to get seat in NIT, Tiruchirapalli. This cut off is different for each category. In 2019 the cut off was as follows to get admission in computer science engineering in NIT, Trichy
Home state
Other State
Considering the above cut off you need to score minimum 190-230 marks or above if you belong to general category and if you belong to reserved category you need to score minimum 150-190 marks or above to have decent chances of getting seat. Cut off changes every year depending on the difficulty level of exam, number of candidates qualified and number of seats available etc.
We have JEE Main coaching program. If you are JEE Main 2021 aspirant you can join in the program to help you with your preparation. You can check the details using the link below

Hi
Your profile suggests that you are from Maharashtra so you will be eligible for open state quota for admission in NIT Trichy. I am considering you from general category as you have not mentioned your category
This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat in nit as cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
When we go through previous year trend then ,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for general category to get computer science engineering in , 781 was closing rank under open state quota in nit trichy
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
And 781 rank is around 225 marks i. e around 99.91 percentile, for this you can refer to our page, the link for the same is provided below
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
As mentioned earlier, cut off keeps changing every year so to be on the safer side try to get at least 235 marks in your jee main 2021
