The total number of seats in army institute of technology pune for cse branch is 120. And only army personnel's Children get admission in this college.
According to previous years your jee main CRL rank must be below 50-60k to secure a seat in this college. For other branches the cutoff is less.

AIT Pune gives admission on the basis of JEE Mains score and according to last few years cutoffs,you can comfortably expect CSE branch in AIT Pune under 45K in JEE Mains.
Now coming to your question of how many marks to get in JEE,
So you have to score in JEE to get a rank under 50k .See, it depends on various parameters in JEE Mains that how much marks will get you to thatrank, like difficulty level of the paper,number of candidates appearing etc.Considering an average paper and simmilar number of appearing candidates in previous years, scoring around 130-140 in JEE Mains may get you under 50k.
So, your target is to score far better than this score so as to confirm a seat in CSE branch in AIT.
