Hello Chandan! I hope you're doing well. To get a seat in the AIIMS Delhi, if you belong to general category you need to get at least 680 marks out of 720 or if you fall under the SC/ST/OBC category you need to score at least 650 marks.
Hope you got your answer.
This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Chandan, NEET 2022 is atleast 2 NEET examinations away and this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admission based on NEET score under All India Counselling and it needs to be seen how things unfold. There is a difference between AIIMS entrance exam and marking scheme when compared to those of NEET. And to add on, AIIMS always released its results in the form of percentiles while NEET releases its results in the form of marks. So converting these details to match that of NEETs and predict a score for a future date is not possible. But to give you an answer, if you belong to General Category, you should aim for atleast 675 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you need to target atleast 650. This is being written keeping in mind that AIIMS Delhi cut offs irrespective of the Category are above 95% percentile. Now there are approximately 1500 seats in all branches of AIIMS. And by 2022, couple of more branches might come up and the cut offs might decrease due to the increase in the availability of seats.
Dear Aspirant,
It is not viable to predict the required marks, but keeping the general trend in mind, anything above 650 would be a safe score for the same, however, this might change with the situation.

Hello Aspirant
As per the latest AIIMS MBBS cut-offs , candidates belonging to General category are required to score at least 50% marks in AIIMS MBBS entrance exam, while those belonging to OBC category need to score at least 45% and SC/ST candidates are required to score at least 40% in order to qualify the exam.
I.e, As per marks you need to get atleast 650 marks to grab a seat in AIMS delhi.
Hope it helps
Thank you & Good Luck!!!
