Hello Sandeep. I hope you are in good health and have given your full effort to successfully crack JEE Main. You mentioned you belong to OBC category. Well, it is really difficult to talk about cutoffs for qualifying JEE Advanced as it largely depends on the difficulty of the question paper and each year the cutoff changes. But if you look back in 2020, for OBC-NCL rank list, a candidate was required to fetch minimum 5 marks in each subject along with an aggregate of overall 62 marks in order to get qualified for JoSAA counselling.
In other words, an OBC-NCL candidate needed to fetch at least 4.50% in each subject as well as 15.75% in aggregate to get his name included in the rank list. But keep in mind, in order to get seat at top IITs, a candidate has to secure more marks than this qualifying scores.
Last year, the Closing Category Rank for OBC-NCL (Gender Neutral) candidates who got admission at IITs was 4686 .

Hello Aspirant,
Since JEE advanced pattern is different for different year, it is very difficult to predict exactly how much marks is sufficient for a seat in IIT. However ,we can predict what rank should be sufficient for a OBC-Male candidate to get seat in IIT. Based on previous years cutoff, if a person has less than 8000+ CRL rank ,then there is a high chance that he will get seat in IITs.
Thanks!!!!
