It is difficult to give the exact number. But based on previous year's cut-offs to get seat in Government Medical Colleges you need to have safe score of 500+ and for seat in Private Medical Colleges a safe score of 445+ is recommended to get in Telangana Colleges.

NEET UG 2021 Cut-off:

--- General Category: 50th Percentile - 720 - 138 Marks

--- SC/ ST/ OBC: 40th Percentile - 137 - 108 Marks

--- General - PwD: 45th Percentile - 137 - 122 Marks

--- SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th Percentile - 121-108 Marks
