how many marks I should get for qualifying gitam online engineering entrance exam

As it is a Private University hence there is nothing called qualifying marks over here.
You just need a particular marks to get admission in this colleges with 3 campus.
If you consider the recent developments then you will need 80+ marks to get CSE or i can say 75+
If you are fine with any branch then just score 45+
