See there are number of colleges in India that offer BHMS and they all have different cut-offs considering different factors, since you have not mentioned the name of college so it is little bit difficult for us to guide you accurately but if we consider in common, then if you are seeking admission in top colleges then with general category you should have at least 550+ marks out of 720 and for average colleges 480+ would be sufficient enough out of 720 marks in NEET UG . Note that this for colleges through AIQ counselling because for different states there are different criteria for different colleges so you have to check out for each state wherever you are seeking admission.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
