Hello,
It is quite difficult to indicate the exact score as there are various factors that influence the cut off and the rank for the given score. The total marks for JEE Advanced changes every year so marks vs rank trend is also subjected to change. The cut off is different for each institute for example last year a candidate belonging to general-EWS category secured admission to Computer Science Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi with rank (EWS rank) 30 whereas a candidate with rank 379 belonging to same category secured admission to Computer Science Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology Patna. As you can see the cut off varied. To have decent chances of getting seat you need secure a rank (category rank) under 800. To secure such rank you should aim to score minimum 45-50% of total score in JEE Advanced. Cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease depending on total number of candidates applied, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
