Hope you are doing great.  Even just passing the exam will secure you a seat in the engineering programme. The minimum required score, out of 160, is merely 40. However, you need an eamcet score of at least 100 to get a spot in a good college. so that you can enroll in a prestigious university.

The reasons that determine the cut off marks vary and fluctuate from year to year, including the following: The number of seats available, the number of students who take the AP EAMCET entrance exam, the number of students who pass the test, the level of difficulty of the question paper, and the previous year's cutoff.

So with regard to your query, in order to be qualified in the EAMCET exam one must score at least 25% of the total score in the exam. which means 40 marks are the minimum score for the exam. And one must score above 40 to qualify the same.
