In your question, you haven't specified which exam are you talking about. If you update it, we can help you.
If you are talking about JEE Main, then you'll have to score 200 or more to get a rank above 5000. This is told by taking the JEE Main 2017 rank details. And it can change this year. But, if you score somewhere around 200, you'll definitely get a very good rank.
