King George's Medical University (KGMU) has 106 seats(UR category) for admission under 85% state quota.
Any candidate willing to take admission into this medical college must have a state rank around 120-130. Considering this, the AIR should be 1600-1650 and around top 4000 ranks will be admitted through 15% AIQ seats. Hence the outstanding AIR should be around 5600.
So, the cut-off for KGMU should be 575 marks and above.
P. S. - This cut off is for 85% state quota seat. Cut off for 15% AIQ seats will be even higher.

Hello aspirant,
KGMC is one of the best colleges. It is among top 10 medical colleges of India. So the cut-off range is high in the All India quota counselling also on the state based counselling. Cut-off marks for All India quota 2018 was 580 marks with 412 rank and UP domicile quota 550 marks with 1749( all india rank).

King George's medical college is one of the premier institutions of india and the cutoffs usually go high.
For general category candidate, 600 marks are a good score for kgmc
Previous year , all india rank 450 had got kgmc who scored 580 marks.
