Dear student,

It all depends upon the highest marks secured in physics subject all overall in India.
Suppose that, if you have secured 95 marks in physics and 95 is the highest marks all over in India, then you will score 100 percentile in physics subject.

Basically if you want to get 100 percentile score in physics subject then you must try to score above 95 marks in physics.

And for that your basic concepts of physics must be crystal clear and your imagination must be very good.
You must be able to think practically in real life and be conceptually cleared in every topic or concepts.
