You should get rank under 50.
You can also get Mamc till rank 60 to 65.. It depends on preference of students who got rank between 1 to 50 to take admission in aiims and there ranks in aiims entrance test..
As normally students go for AIIMS rather than MAMC.

Approximately top 40 students get selected in Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi through all India quota.To get selected one should aim at a score above 680 in order to maximize the chances of selection.

Usually Maulana Azad Medical College is one of the top priority colleges in that state but as it pointed out to you by other experts is well.. whether the admissions to MAMC will close within the top 50 or will extend to the top 65 or 70 as seen in the last few years if going by the ranks is much dependent on how many of the top 50 get admitted to AIIMS and that would depend on their AIIMS rank.. so you should aim to be in the top 50 rankers so as to get an insured entry into MAMC

for a student to get admitted to Maulana Azad medical college one must need around 650 out of 720 if they are non-delhi, the numbers could go slightly less if they are from Delhi. actual numbers needed cannot be determined without analyzing the question paper of NEET of that year.
