It is very difficult to predict the exact cutoff needed in NEET to get bsc Nursing since you have not mentioned your category. However, looking at the NEET Cutoff , The marks needed for getting admission into AIIMS for a BSc in nursing are 55 for General category, 45 - 50 for OBC category, 30 - 40 for SC/ST category.
