Before knowing the cutoff it is very important to understand the underlying factors that are taken into consideration while fixing the cutoffs. VIT being one of the premier engineering institutions in the country places equal importance on the following  - difficulty level of the entrance exam, past years' cutoff trends, total number of seats available and the number of candidates that appeared for the exam.

And what is important here for you to note is that VIT does not release a cutoff score range per say but only releases it in the form of the closing rank. Since, this years cutoff has not been released yet, you can refer the previous years' results to get an idea of the approximate rank that you need to qualify.
