There are many medical colleges in South. It would be easy for us to guide you with the cutoffs and other required information if you could mention the name of the college you want know about.
Well, for admission in a government college your NEET score should be above 500 (if you're applying for 85% state quota seats) and 540-60+ (in case of 15% AIQ seats). Whereas for private medical colleges, score around 480-520 will do. Though you belong to OBC class, the cutoff nearly remains the same as the General category. So prepare accordingly to score maximum and increase your chances for admission in your desired college.
