I think you asked a very good question regarding KCET exam and certainly you can follow this to be confident regarding your preparation:-

A candidate who wants to get rank within 2000, the score can be

  • About 95% in PUC and above 120 in KCET.
  • About 90 % in PUC and marks above 125 in KCET.
  • About 80% in PUC and marks above 135 in KCET.
  • 75% in PUC and above 145 in KCET.

For getting rank below 2000 you marks should be around 120 . Nothing can be said 100% surely iy is only predicted on basis of last year result and exam but yes it is almost 80 % sure.
