Hi !

It depends on your state and choice of your college. Each and every college has different cutoff for BDS course. However , private colleges usually have very low cutoff for BDS as compared to government.

Moreover , according to last year data there were many deemed universities which gave admisssion even with 119 marks. 

But if you want to get into government dental college , you really need very good score. Last year the good government colleges of UP had cutoffs in 500s range whereas private gave BDS at even 100s
