Maharashtra MBBS seats are filled through 15% All India Counselling and 85% State Counselling. The State Quota seats are filled divided into 70% Regional quota and 30% State Quota. The 70% Regional quota seats are reserved for Candidates belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra. And the Constitutional quota of Maharashtra is for Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Vimukta Jati/Denotified Tribes, NT-A,B,C,D and OBC. For example, NT-B falls under OBC Category. Going by this, in 2019, under State quota, 487 marks secured a seat in Ashwini Rural Medical College under OBC Category and 497 marks secured a seat in Kashibai Navale Medical College under 30% Regional quota. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So for a seat under VJNT Category, you might need anything more than 525 marks. As per previous records, if you are candidate from unreserved category then you need a score of 134+ marks and if you are from obc category or any other reserved category a score between 115-132 is good.

Dear candidate
As you did not mention your category i am considering general category in general so for general category the cutoff percentile is 50 and the qualifying for NEET MBBS is 701and BDS qualifying marks are 134 and the cutoff scores of NEET are 691 and for BDS it is 119.
