In 2018, the cut off for getting a government medical college for SC Category via 15 percent All India Quota was around 424. However cut off varies from year to as it depends on number of candidates registered for NEET and difficulty of question paper. So, I would suggest you to target for a score of 450+ to be on a safer side. Via State Quota, it depends on your state. Let me know your state in the comment, I would suggest you a target score which would ensure a seat in government college in your state.
