hi you cant get admission in AIIMS via NEET, you need to write AIIMS exam separately for that,

• Along with NEET and JIPMER, AIIMS MBBS is one among India's three medical entrance exams at the undergraduate level. It is highly competitive, with more than 2 lakh candidates expected to apply.

• The admissions to the MBBS course in and AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS like Institutions will be through the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Examination conducted by AIIMS New Delhi.

• However, the dates to apply for AIIMS 2018 i.e. Online Registration started on 5th February 2018 and the last date for registration was 5th March 2018 (5:00 PM).

• You will have to apply next year for AIIMS Delhi.

• According to the information brochure of AIIMS MBBS 2017, candidates belonging to General category will have to secure a minimum of 50% marks to qualify in AIIMS MBBS 2018, while a candidate belonging to SC/ST category have to obtain a minimum of 40% and candidates belonging to OBC category have to score at least 45% marks.

• The last rank to get admitted in AIIMS Delhi, under General Quota was Rank 49 which is a percentile of 99%.

• AIIMS does not disclose marks obtained by their students but out of 200, you must score 180+ to secure a seats at AIIMS.

AIIMS Delhi conducts separate entrance exam for admission in MBBS. AIIMS Delhi does not take admission on basis of NEET scorecard. You have to fill AIIMS MBBS Application form for admission in this Medical College. However, Application Date is over for AIIMS.
