Hello student ,

It seems like you have forget to mention the name of the college . That's why it would be little tough to guide you with your query and as you every year cutoff changes due to increase and decrease in the number of the candidates appeared in the entrance examination . But still if you want to go for private medical college for BAMS course then you need to qualify the NEET exam ie , your score must  be more than 140 for general category to be in the safer zone else if you are looking for government college then you should score more then 450 .
