SC category student needs to score 40 percentile in NEET UG. So they can qualify to get admission in private or government medical colleges.
Rohit, you haven't mentioned the State you belong to. Neverthless, every Government Medical College conducts its admissions at 2 levels. One is All India Counselling and the other is State level Counselling. Under All India Counselling, 15% of the seats in GMC are filled and the rest 85% are filled through State Counselling. For example, lets say you belong to Rajasthan. If you want to secure a seat in a Government Medical College in any other State except for Jammu and Kashmir, you need to apply for All India Counselling. Here you need a NEET score of atleast 550-575. And for a seat in Rajasthan GMC, you will need atleast 500-525. Now this is a generic information and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
