It depends on the Institute you want to choose. It even depends on ownership of the College. 400+ is the minimum marks you need, to get into private institution... 550+ are the minimum marks to get into reputated institutions... 650+ are the marks for getting admission into government Colleges... It even depend on your category... Each category has different Eligiblity criteria...

You need to specify the category to which you belong and the course you want to pursue. The cut-offs vary every year based on certain criteria. In 2019, the cutoff for general category was 134- 701 marks for NEET UG. The percentile was 50th percentile. So, you need to work hard to get into the college.
