It's quite difficult to make prediction but yes as per previous year trends, to get 99 percentile in obc category you should target at least around 150 marks. And with 150 marks your obc rank will be around 2500 and common rank around 10,000 ,for this rank vs marks vs percentile you can refer to our page for which link is provided below:-

JEE Mains examination academic year 2021 is held in for four Attempts, and hence the cutoff this year is likely to be higher than previous years because of more number of chances.
