In neet 2019 , 427 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got a bds seat in a government college under Telangana state quota and it was for MEGHANA INST OF DENTAL SCI, NIZAMABAD

Cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 30-50 marks in comparison of 2019 so you should target at least 450 - 475 marks
