You should have atleast 200+ to get in a good NIT and also you should have atleast 75% in 12th board.

The cutoff varies every year, It also depends on Home state quota, Other state quota etc. so it is tough to tell you the exact but try to score more than 220-250 to get admission in top NITs for CSE branch as a General Category. You can also check the cutoff rank with the given below link.
