Cutoff varies every year. So, I will provide you a general marks you need to score. To study MBBS in India's Top Govt. Colleges, you need to score 550+ in NEET Exam. At this score you won't get affected if cutoff changes or varies.

Hey.

For admission in the MBBS course through NEET in a Government college under the state quota you would require a score atleast above 500. This might vary from state to state. Mention your state for more accurate details. For a government college under the All India quota you would require a score atleast above 560 according to previous year trends. A score in the range if 400-450 will give you a fair chance in good private institutes.
