Dear Anil, in 2018, under State Quota, 372 marks secured a seat in GMC, Jalaun under SC Category. That was the cut off.
Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So a score of 400 can easily get you a seat in a Government Medical College. You can check the cut.offs of various colleges at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
