It depends wether you come under general or OBC category under the central government.You can check it IN THE LINK Given below to check the central government list.

f you come under GENERAL category you will have to score atleast more than 540 marks to get into a government medical college and 450+ if you want to join a private medical college.

For OBC you will have to score atleast more than 500 for government medical college and more than 400 for private.
