Hello,
The admission in NIT, Trichy in B.arch is based on merit in JEE main.So you need to appear for JEE main and qualify JEE main and get a decent rank. JEE main paper 2 is an entrance exam for admission in B.arch in NITs and CFTIs.
To get seat in IIT, Roorkee you need to appear for JEE main paper 2 and qualify and appear for JEE advanced and the candidates who qualified need to take JEE advanced AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) and qualify. The admission is based on merit in JEE advanced AAT.

So you cannot get seat in NIT, Trichy or IIT, Roorkee through NATA.You need to appear for JEE main paper 2.

HELLO GANESH
The colleges which are you talking about is referred as the college which comes under top 5 NITs so getting into this is very challenging job.
now according to my researches and the previous year cutoffs you should at least have a percentile of 99.6+ to get cs branch.

But you can do it with a proper strategy and hard work!!

HOPE IT HELPS!! BEST OF LUCK !!
