Hello Aspirant,
AIIMS Delhi is the topmost choice for MBBS and the competition level for a seat there is very high. An exact prediction of cutoff marks in NEET for a category cannot be made, because it depends on the number of seats, number of applicants under that category and the highest mark secured in the exam. But , keeping in mind ,previous cutoff trends, a score above 600 would be needed at the minimum to stand a chance for admission in AIIMS. Aim for as high as possible beyond 600. Since you are from ST category, score somewhere around 650-660 will give you very high chance to get admission, so aim for that, you should come within first 2K rank .

All the best
Hello,
From till now AIIMS Delhi not reveal the rank of St for admission. But due to research the last year 2019 St last rank for admission 3031. So this year cutoff marks also high and as well as total marks and the candidate merit list. So genuinely this year admission rank is closed early than previous year. Now 3031 rank in 2019 the marks range is by this year 630 to 631. According to this you have to score more than 650 in 2021 as a St candidate. Then you have to get Delhi AIIMS. So just prepare yourself dear.
All the best.
