Dear Aspirant,

IIIT STANDS FOR INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

If you want to get admitted in IIIT then you have to give Jee main exam and then you have to be a part of Josaa counselling. There are various IIIT in India for example in delhi,Lucknow, gwalior etc
IIIT have common branches in them like ECE,IT,CSE

To get seat in IIIT then your rank should be upto 35000 .But if you want to take seat in top IIIT then your rank should be better .
In terms of marks or percentile your percentile should be above 96 to get good IIIT.

IIIT have also good placement and some of IIIT are developing these years and will soon match the level of nit .but the fees of IIIT is quite high as compared to other government colleges.
There are 23 IIIT in india.

Thanks
All the very best.
