Yamini, this answering is being written assuming that Telangana is your Home State, According to 2019 data, the cut offs for various streams for Female General Category student in NIT Warangal have been as follows:

Opening Rank                           Closing Rank

Civil:                            17428

CSE:                             4632

EE:                              11835                                      10653

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. This is All India Rank data. And your AIR is calculated using the formula: 100- (your percentile)*no.of Candidates who appeared for that session/100. So these AIRs mean a percentile of atleast 95-99. So for a seat in NIT Warangal, you will need a percentile above 97 atleast.
