Hello,
Cut off depends on the number of seats available, number of candidates applied, difficulty of exam etc and it varies for each college. It is not clear if you come under creamy layer or non-creamy layer. If you belong to OBC-NCL then you need to score 450-550 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a GMC and it depends on the state you belong to. If you belong to OBC-CL then you will come under general category so your score must be 580 or above.

Can you please help us with your domicile state please?
As cut off marks for medical college varies from state to state under state quota
But ,
in general as per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 550 marks to be on the safer side in your neet examination if you want to get a mbbs seat in government medical college if you belong to obc category
For example,
in neet 2019, 535 marks for obc category got into a government medical college i.e Burdwan Medical College, Burdwan under west bengal state quota
Thank you
